Olivia Fritz is the Director of Operations for TrueNorth Collective
Olivia has over a decade of experience in shaping sustainability strategies for global manufacturers. At Kohler, she led efforts to scale transparency and integrate material health into Design for Environment within product development. Now, as co-founder and Director of Operations at TrueNorth Collective, she advises companies on product sustainability strategy through Design for Sustainability. Her blend of experience in engineering, compliance, and business drives her mission of moving sustainability from the sidelines, to being considered business critical. Olivia holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and an MBA from Marquette University.
Jana Fogarty is the Program Manager of Sustainable Design Engineering at TrueNorth Collective
Trained in Materials Science Engineering at Michigan Technological University, Jana has 10+ years of experience in Sustainable Design Engineering with a focus on Manufacturing. The influence of sustainability within “business as usual” has been a focus of Jana’s career after spending seven years in the manufacturing environment. Working with project teams to understand how they can guide positive change and meet business goals is an ongoing achievement I continue to strive for. At TrueNorth Collective, Jana works as a project manager, LCA practitioner and within the internal business operations team.
Jana lives in Wisconsin and loves to spend time exploring the outdoors in all seasons (especially winter) with her husband and three children.
