I am looking for a new home, and I commit to completing an energy/efficiency audit, including location efficiency (commute, schools, etc.), as an integral part of my home decision. Looking for an opportunity that balances the opportunities to implement current best practices (solar, heat pump, etc.) with existing conditions.
